About the Role:
As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation department, working with patients to improve their mobility, function, and overall well-being. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and utilize various physiotherapy techniques to help patients regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments to identify patients' needs and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
- Educate patients and caregivers on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
- Monitor patients' progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and stay updated on the latest physiotherapy practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
