An established healthcare organization is seeking 3 passionate and dedicated Physiotherapists to join their growing team!


About the Role:


As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation department, working with patients to improve their mobility, function, and overall well-being. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and utilize various physiotherapy techniques to help patients regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments to identify patients' needs and limitations.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
  • Educate patients and caregivers on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
  • Monitor patients' progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and stay updated on the latest physiotherapy practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
