Role and Responsibilities
- Product assembly and testing in the production line.
- Follow production Job Breakdown Sheet, work Instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain 5S at assigned workstations
- Pick, pack, sort defective components or finished goods
- Report any safety issues, quality issues, or machine breakdowns to the shift supervisor.
- Alert maintenance department about machine failure
- Participate in continuous improvement or Kaizen events
Skills and Qualifications
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to speak and understand basic English
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Must be comfortable with a standing job
- Good attitude: follow instructions and standard work guidelines
- Willing to learn and a good team player
- Valid forklift license and warehouse experience are advantages
