As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Commerce to join our team and drive our online sales strategy to new heights.
Job Description:
As the Director of Digital Commerce, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our online sales operations. You will lead the development and implementation of strategies to maximize revenue, improve customer experience, and increase market share on e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Manage and optimize listings on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and others.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create effective online promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital commerce, preferably in the health and wellness or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
