Job Description
- Manage the overall operations of the warehouse and production activities.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, staff, and supplier to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Collaborate with senior management to align customer and company interests.
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget and responsible for the P&L of the Operations
- Optimize team productivity, recommend operational enhancements, and minimize waste through training and problem-solving.
- Generate reports and presentation materials for monthly meetings.
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to meet with legal compliance
- Oversee materials and inventory
Job Requirement
- Have at least 6 years of Warehousing Operational experience.
- Possess strong leadership skills.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking staff and counterparts.
- Must be Knowledgeable in Excel (Must have) and Presentation Slides (Good to have).
