Job Description:
- Performing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, minutes meeting, answering phone calls, and organizing project data
- Preparing and organizing project documents such as contracts, permits, specifications, and plans
- Communicating with project stakeholders including managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure they are aware of project timelines, goals, and requirements
- Collecting, reviewing, and tracking project progress and performance reports
- Updating project schedules and timelines as necessary and preparing reports that highlight project status and key metrics
- Ensuring that project documentation is properly filed and readily accessible for those who need to access it
- Coordinating with vendors to purchase supplies and materials for the construction projects
- Assist in creating and managing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure that all costs fall within the budget allocated for the project
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining project compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Assisting the project team in any other duties that may arise to ensure the successful completion of the project
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in Construction industry / Facilities Management industry / M&E industry
- Knowledge in construction industry will be highly advantangeous
