JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and suggest appropriate Products & Services/Solutions/Training.
- Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and engaging new customers.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients, addressing queries and resolving challenges.
- Generate technical proposals, quotations, and participating in contract negotiations.
- Conduct product training for clients, ensuring they fully understand the applications and benefits of our solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project, IT, and service teams to ensure the timely execution of product installations, solutions implementation, and a smooth delivery process.
- Able to visit client's place and conduct on-site demonstrations, showcasing our portable equipment.
- Maintain compliance with ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards in daily work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of technical sales experience.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial sector, with a focus on oil refining and process, machinery, and predictive maintenance.
- Strong proficiency in technical specifications and contract interpretation.
- Problem-solving acumen to address customer challenges effectively.
- Comfortable with on-site settings, even in challenging environments.
- Familiarity with GeBIZ tender procedures would be added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Self-driven, meticulous, excellent communication and sales negotiation skills.
- Ability to start work within a short notice period is preferred.
