We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. This role entails overseeing research and development efforts, including the development of new software and products. Additionally, the role involves implementing and managing automation systems such as PLCs and SCADA, ensuring seamless systems integration within industrial environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing projects related to the design, development, and deployment of automation systems.
- Overseeing the configuration, programming, and maintenance of PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Overseeing the integration of new systems and software with existing infrastructure.
- Driving project sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinating with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of R&D/VMS/MCSA projects.
- Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and sales.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Providing technical leadership and support to the R&D, operations, and sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Software, or related field), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs and SCADA systems, vibration monitoring systems, and motor condition monitoring systems.
- Expertise in systems integration, including both hardware and software components.
- Experience in systems integration and managing complex technical projects.
- Proven track record in project sales and developing sales strategies.
- Business acumen and the ability to align technical projects with business objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
