Job Scope
- Updating & track of purchase requisition (PR) number and status using internal system
- Create PT for tech items & follow through to ensure that PR is approved
- Create Purchase Order (PO)
- Run PR report & v-lookup updates into report
- Download IT Term deal pricing
- Process any outstanding invoices in relations to IT
- Any ad hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirement
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Able to commit 6 months
- Proficient in v-lookup will be an advantage
