Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team, including tasks like e-filing of documents, managing the duty roster, and handling petty cash.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance department on procurement, arrears management, banking, and payment-related matters.
- Oversee the procurement of stationery and pantry refreshments.
- Manage inventory and maintain an organized storeroom.
- Maintain up-to-date tenant records for assigned buildings.
- Compile and submit additional charges form for tenant billing purposes.
- Program access cards for tenants.
- Coordinate complimentary parking or parking lot reservations as needed.
- Manage seasonal and hourly parking, including revenue collection and reconciliation.
- Ensure efficient car park operations and adherence to car park SOPs.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
