Customer Service CUM Sales Admin Executive (Dip/1yrExp/West)

Responsibilites:

  • Receive and record all inquiries, gathering caller details such as name, company, and contact information for follow-up by sales staff.
  • Aid in preparing proposals based on information provided by Sales and Marketing teams, both verbal and written.
  • Generate invoices and compile monthly reports for consolidated billing purposes.
  • Maintain and organize the filing system and waste information on SWM software.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations within the team.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager and Sales Director in customer care matters, including handling feedback and complaints, and gathering market intelligence.
  • Update the customer database with information on existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and operations, to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder and above
  • At least one year Customer Service experience
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
