Location: West Coast
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (3 weekdays + 2 weekends)
Responsibilities
● Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard
● Share vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
● Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
● Plan lead generation events with key partners
● Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
● Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
● Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
● Minimum Diploma/ Degree in related fields
● Experience in customer service in education industry is an added advantage
