Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and execute plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability objectives as defined by the administrative board, including business development for new projects/opportunities as determined by the board.
- Lead and manage research contracts for diagnostic imaging and other services as agreed with the board.
- Active engagement with sales & marketing team in the areas of diagnostic imaging, health screening, nuclear medicine / radiopharmaceuticals and radiation therapy, including negotiations and closing contracts.
- Manage and align medical equipment partners and suppliers service standards to the company’s expectations.
- Use commercial expertise to build contacts and networks in order to successfully introduce and promote our healthcare services.
- Comprehensive understanding of and keeping updated with trends in diagnostic imaging, health screening, nuclear medicine / radiopharmaceuticals and radiation therapy.
- Report on results as required, making appropriate recommendations to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collect market responses and feedback to management team and administrative board.
- Actively engage with functional department heads, especially Finance, HR, IT, Imaging, Wellness, Radiopharmaceuticals and Radiotherapy, as well as our radiologists and doctors to ensure that the requirements of successful business operations are met.
- Ensure that all clinic and imaging teams are challenged to perform to their best abilities and consistently motivated to overachieve in patient management.
- Engage with Sales and Marketing team on customer relationships and expansion on client base and the community, while always keeping updated with trends in diagnostic imaging, health screening, nuclear medicine / radiopharmaceuticals and radiation therapy for cancer treatment.
- Ensure all clinical policies, standard of procedures and clinic operations are in accordance with company guidelines, established procedures and protocols, and within the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Health, Singapore.
- Where appropriate, and with the support of the board, build effective relationships with regulators within the region. Partner with the leadership team to navigate complex local regulatory requirements, changes and issues, using extensive knowledge to provide clarity and understanding to the board.
- When needed, act as company’s representative in attending relevant committees and forums.
- Liaise with department managers and responsible for daily operating activities of wellness, imaging and radiotherapy clinics
- Manage and allocate manpower resources to meet clinics’ requirement
- Oversee and appraise staff performance
- Encourage staff development and effective teamwork
- Collate performance report monthly for all clinics
- Support in delivering high impact, cross-functional projects that could include expansion planning, launch of new business units, process improvement, budgeting, internal communications, etc.
- Provide full administrative support and maintain accurate records of clinic operations
- Implement service quality policies and procedures and uphold requirements of governing documents such as standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Manage and align medical equipment partners and suppliers service standards to the company’s expectations.
- Contribute and work together with the marketing of the company’s healthcare services according to the company’s values including (but not limited to) e-commerce, advertising, public relations and brand awareness, merchandising and sales tools as and when required.
- Execute strategies to allow for continued growth and provide clinic and imaging operations training and advice to healthcare professionals.
- To manage and monitor budgets and maintain budget discipline.

Requirements
- Substantial leadership in clinical operations experience of at least 5 years within the healthcare sector.
- Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
- Able to demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process and clinic operations.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and presentation.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people and people development.
- Business level written and spoken English is essential; additional local language capabilities are advantageous.
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in healthcare or business management
- A sound understanding of the Singapore healthcare services market.
- Confident negotiator - able to ‘close the deal’.
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.
- Able to adapt to dynamic and fluid situations and environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to develop, coach and mentor team members.
- Willingness to travel between clinics and office
