Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate user research activities to gather feedback on new enhancement for organization's Platform.
- Support innovation platform development process and operations such as UAT, Live Verification etc.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support to users encountering issues with the digital platform and coordinate bug triage activities.
- Manage the onboarding of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace.
- Manage and collate of statistics and reporting on product health, management reporting and project progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the end-to-end innovation processes and workflows put in place.
Key Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Degree in any related field.
- Knowledge/Experience/interest in the digital space and an appreciation of technologies will be a bonus
