Job Scope:
· Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintaining client records, inventory and operating supplies.
· Drive sales and customer satisfaction by creating a positive and productive work environment.
· Collaborate with the management team to set goals, plan and execute business strategies.
· Manage, train, and provide leadership to our dedicated team.
· Responsible for the sales of your team.
· Supervise day-to-day operations.
· Oversee service standards, ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of the beauty facilities and good working operation of all beauty equipment.
· Possess a warm and friendly attitude in order to create a safe space for your clients to disclose their skin concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals.
· Ensure each client receives an extraordinary skincare treatment for their individual needs and goals.
· Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge and honest advice.
· Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modeling our innovative philosophy.
· Perform professional facials and hair removal treatment and other beauty services for customers.
· Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
· Must be highly professional and very detail oriented.
· The person(s) we are seeking must have an interest in the health and wellness field.
· At least 4 years of experience at a beauty salon/spa with a proven track record of excellence in esthetics
· Strong understanding of salon standards, policies, and procedures
· International beauty qualifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC are welcome
· Most importantly, we are seeking someone who is a great team player with excellent client service skill
· Possess any diploma in related fields or working experience
· Preferably with experience in similar/related industry; Spa, Hotels, Airlines, Customer Service and etc..
