Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and efficient use of resources
- Maintain accurate records and reports of operations, including financial and administrative data
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications:
- At least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
