Sales and Consultation:
- Engaging with clients like brides, grooms, or wedding planners to grasp their vision and preferences.
- Suggesting floral designs, bouquets, centerpieces, and other decor elements aligned with the wedding theme, color scheme, and venue.
- Offering comprehensive quotes and pricing details.
- Recommending additional services or personalized enhancements to elevate the experience.
Vendor Coordination:
- Working with various wedding vendors (like event planners, photographers, and venues) to achieve a unified design and flawless execution.
- Organizing delivery schedules and managing logistics for floral arrangements.
Floral Design and Creativity:
- Demonstrating a keen sense of design and aesthetics.
- Keeping abreast of floral trends, seasonal flowers, and color palettes.
- Crafting distinctive and customized floral arrangements that reflect the couple's preferences and style.
Customer Service:
- Establishing positive relationships with clients.
- Addressing any concerns or adjustments throughout the planning phase.
- Providing prompt responses to inquiries.
Communication Skills:
- Ensure clear communication with the team, clients, and vendors.
- Practice active listening to grasp client preferences and needs.
