We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365, enabling them to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the design, implementation, and support of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to tailor them to specific business needs, including developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve the system and processes.
- Work closely with developers, system administrators, and other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications, including developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred.
