Responsibilities:
- Support Product Owners in documentation of requirements, mapping of end-to-end flows and testing.
- Plays a critical role in supporting the projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data mapping by assisting in gap and data analysis.
- Work with the subject matter experts to gather, collate and document the requirements for systems development and workflows.
- Review and confirm system related requirements that require sign-off from business owner.
- Draw up workflows &/or processes (SOP).
- Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
- Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Product Owner.
- Prepare FAQs, training guides and internal communications for product launch.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in digital customer portal with experience in the insurance industry and stakeholders’ management.
- Good knowledge in insurance and end-to-end process.
- Hands-on experience in Confluence, JIRA, and Visio.
- Good business acumen and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, committed and ‘can do’ attitude team player.
