Position: Service Crew
Job Description
As a Service Crew member, you are the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating positive dining experiences for our guests. Your key responsibilities include:
- Guest Interaction: Warmly greet and welcome guests. Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary needs. Answer menu inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Maintenance of Cleaniness: Promptly clear and clean tables after guests leave, reset table to a clean state ready for the next customer. Ensure the cleaniness of the restaurant.
- Restaurant Support: Assist with stocking supplies and notify when ingredients are going to run out.
- Collaborating with the Kitchen: You will work closely with the kitchen staff, communicating orders, ensuring timely delivery of food, and addressing any issues or modifications requested by customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Actively listen to customer feedback. Address any concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Education: Secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Prior restaurant or customer service experience a plus
- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and/or English to communicate effectively with the team and customers.
- Hygiene Certificate: Preferred (training will be provided if needed)
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Patience and a positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
