We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP FICO Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and leading a team of SAP professionals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successful SAP FICO implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide expert guidance on SAP FICO capabilities.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing technical and functional expertise.
- Ensure the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
- Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP FICO applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing SAP FICO functionalities.
- Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve the system and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Proven experience in leading SAP FICO projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
