Responsibilities:
- Enhancing marketing efficiency and effectiveness through Marketing Technologies (MarTech)
- Assisting in the development of the overall MarTech strategy, integrating and configuring platforms, processes, templates, and best practices for implementation.
- Leading the integration, deployment, and management of MarTech tools (e.g., marketing automation platform, digital asset management platform, email tool) within the MarTech stack.
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation programs that align with the brands' marketing strategies and objectives.
- Monitoring and managing data generated from CRM/marketing activities, including sign-ups, retention rates, online and offline sales data, email campaign performance, and offline events.
- Providing consolidated monthly reports on CRM and marketing success.
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance customer care, addressing customer feedback and concerns on online and social platforms promptly.
- Planning and executing marketing and loyalty campaigns.
- Providing general support for physical events and other marketing-related tasks.
Additional Information:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Data Science, or in a related field
- Tech-savvy, interested in data, willing to learn.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Google platforms and other marketing technologies
- Hands-on experience in implementing marketing technologies and campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment, will be preferred
