- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Help customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Track showroom leads, assign to sales.
- Keep reception area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
