Duties encompassing but not restricted to:
Responsible for review and record charterhire income and corresponding costs in prompt and accurate manner.
Track receipt progress. Keep AR records up to date.
Responsible for completeness of AP invoices records, tracking payments and keeping vendor records up to date.
Responsible for maintaining correct records of assets such as Lube Oil, Bunker, Prepayments and CTM.
Preparing month end closing journals - booking of accruals, prepayments, and inventory consumption.
Maintain and reconciliate Balance Sheet items, keep schedules up to date.
Assist in preparation of all necessary schedules/reports as required by external/internal auditors, attend to their queries and prepare draft audited Financial Statements annually.
Assists in preparation of schedules for the purpose of corporate tax filings.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
