Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team and act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Ensure records and reports are current and accurate.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
- Address technical issues within your area of expertise.
- Perform clerical duties, such as answering phone calls and preparing documents.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of work experience in Operations or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Must have experience working in financial services or similar sector
