Market Access Manager, Patient Access, Economics – SEA – Medical Technology
The Opportunity
Within Market Access you will have the responsibility to execute the strategy in the South East Asia region for Medical / Surgical products and successfully increasing adoption and coverage.
You should come with a good knowledge of the South East Asia market regarding expanding patient access of Medical Technologies and Device through solid understanding the landscape of government agencies, reimbursement, payers, HTA activity, evidence needs and KOLs relationships.
Through health economic tools, you will also identify the intricacies of access to major APAC and SEA markets. The objective will be to develop and execute market access and health economic capabilities and lead the go to market strategies.
What we look for:
- Good background in Market Access, HTA, Reimbursement, Health Economics, Health policy relating to Medical Technology (approximately 5-8 years’ experience)
- An understanding of the SEA market regarding reimbursement, payers, health economics, government policy, HTA policy, best practice etc.
- Familiar with the hurdles of various public health systems across SEA as well as obstacles from payers, HTA agencies, health policy makers and the like – knowledge on health systems across the region will be a strong advantage
- Being a subject matter expert in health policy, healthcare strategy, payer relations, HTA management
- Experience in bringing in MedTech/Medical Devices into the market and increasing patient access and adoption
- Develop and implement strategies towards successful market launches of medical technologies
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, committees, policy makers and all other crucial players which will affect decision making
- Experience of health economics and outcome research
