Job Description:
• Keen understanding of media, social media working and landscape
• Ability to identify and cultivate media relationships
• Crafting various forms of externally-focused communications, including blog posts, social media content, press releases, collaborative partnership announcements etc.
• Oversee the entire events from beginning till end at social impact hub includes any manpower planning and all logistics matters
• Replying email on enquiries, booking requests etc and conduct viewing requests
• Generate report/data and analysis relating to booking numbers, booking fees
• Assist the Group CEO on curating and reaching out to various non-profit organizations and philanthropic organizations and creating a dynamic community to push for social changes in Singapore
• Plan ad-hoc events e.g. Christmas pop-up, Fireside Chat
• Manage the facilities e.g. cleaning and maintenance contracts and renewal
• Attend to feedbacks or complains relating to the social impact hub
Requirement:
• Diploma holder in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications or higher
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Corporate Communication (both internal and external) in a Philanthropy or non-Profit organisation is preferred
• Resourceful and adaptable, with an attention to details
• Independent, mature, proactive, and willing to learn attitude
• May be required to work on Saturdays for any events (Time off will be given)
