Job Scope
• Assist and work closely with Senior Designers to understand clients’ requirements.
• Work with a design team and prepare drawings, costing, quotation and proposal.
• Assist and work closely with Senior Designer to manage project tasks and work schedule.
• Meet and present design proposal to clients.
• Able to assist in social media campaigns
• Follow-through all required clients communications and contractors follow up
• Maintain excellent customer relationship
Requirements
• Have at least 2-3 year experience in ID industry.
• Able to draw 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects. (Autocad, 3D Max, SketchUp)
• Preference for candidates who are bilingual.
• Work well in a team, is discipline, positive, and is willing to learn and grow with us.
• IT-savvy with design software, phone apps, social media, Google Docs and MS Office.
• Flair in creative and have a passion for spatial design.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
• Service-oriented, proactive and have an outgoing personality.
• Organise, can multitask and detail in work & ability to multitask
• Willingness to take on new roles and work as the company grows.
*Looking for Singaporean or PR, Female Perferably. Commission based.
