Responsibilities
•Prepare cost estimation, pricing, quantity take-off, cost evaluation, attend meeting and site show round.
•Involved in tender preparation and participation
•To interpret drawings & communicate with Site Managers and consultant
•To propose plan & implement ACMV installations
•To ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
•To carry out equipment start up/ testing and commissioning
•To design and good knowledge in ACMV installation drawing and control starter panel of ACMV Equipment
•Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.
Requirements
•Degree in Mechanical and Engineering
•At least 2-3 year work experience in building construction ACMV Project
•Possess leadership skills with the ability to control subcontractors
•Good knowledge in ACMV
•Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills
•Independent and committed
