Responsibilities:
- To liaise with SME/EPD specialist to list down the routine maintenance tasks to be performed by service reps in the field
- Prepare material and tools that required to perform these tasks in a safe warehouse environment
- The 3D will be power up in the warehouse for demo purpose
- For each of the task, provide the task objective, simple description of steps and validation actions
- Plan a video recording to capture the steps to complete the task on the demo 3D trasar unit, estimated 10-15mins per video
- Insert commentary and editing
- Compile and consolidate these videos as tutorial package as training material
Requirements:
- Engineering in any discipline, digital savy, willingness to learn; not shy of video & voice recording and editing function using mobile app ie imovie
