JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Build and keep good relationships with important people in the industry like architects and contractors to work together and find new business chances.
2. Be in charge of finding and getting new clients by understanding what they want, offering them the right solutions, and explaining why our interior design services are valuable.
3. Come up with plans to sell our services that match what our business wants to achieve, like setting goals, finding the right people to sell to, and figuring out how to get more customers.
4. Keep an eye on what's happening in the market and what our competitors are doing by doing regular research, so we can change our plans to take advantage of new opportunities.
5. Work closely with our team of designers, project managers, and marketing folks to make sure everyone is on the same page and our projects run smoothly.
