A Corp Lab in NTU is looking for a motivated Research Engineer to conduct cutting-edge research in the topic of “Green Cloud Computing”.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and test software systems to ensure functionality and quality.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and test cases.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Conduct system performance and reliability testing.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software system deployment, testing, and maintenance.
- Experience with programming and scripting languages, such as Python and Bash
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with system monitoring and performance testing tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and containerization technologies like Kubernetes (k8s).
- Knowledge in IoT or digital twins will be a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
