Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and train the team members in accordance to the service standards in banquet operations
- Directly communicate and oversee the actual set-up and services by giving clear instructions and supervising the servers, coordinating the timing of event to ensure its success, e.g. Chinese weddings
- Provide excellent guest engagement while serving food and beverage to the guest
- Assist in checking all function rooms are in good and proper working condition
Requirements
- Possesses a certificate in F&B/Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B Operations, preferably in banquet operations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
