Roles & Responsibilities
• Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes.
- Data entry for invoice received
- Manage monthly payroll of workers’
- Arrange accommodation, transport, attendance record, register courses for staff and workers. Updating workers particulars periodically etc.
- General administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, opening letter box, filing of documents, ordering of stationery.
- Prepare monthly payment to supplier
- Any other ad-hoc task assignedFiling documents and generate invoice from system
• Simple computer processing skills is required
• This is a 5.5 days work
• Adhoc administrative duties
