Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of subordinates
- Prepare quotations and cost management
- Import/export arrangements, issue permits, Billing
- Negotiate rates with carriers and NVOCCs
- Assist Sales activities (Visit customers)
- Maintain knowledge and oversee the management of licenses such as ZeroGST, MES, RACA
- Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and bizSAFE STAR documents related to the department
- Liaising with customs, IRAS, or other relevant ministries and agencies etc.
- Deliver performance reports and contribute to strategic planning
- Provide weekly progress updates on performance, strategies, and activity outcomes
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder
- At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding required
- Willing to work in West area (Company bus provided)
