We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Admissions Executive to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the school’s enrolment efforts, managing the admissions process, and fostering relationships with prospective families. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract prospective students and families.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for student enrolment.
- Represent the school at educational fairs, open days, and community events.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract and engage prospective families.
- Monitor social media channels for inquiries and respond promptly to questions and comments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
Enrolment and Admissions:
- Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment.
- Conduct tours and presentations for prospective students and families.
- Evaluate and process application materials, ensuring all admissions criteria are met.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, educational agents, and partner organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students and their families.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of enrolment data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze enrolment trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Education, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or admissions, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of the international education market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
