* Handle procurement processes and collate project specifications for procurement and co-ordination
* Monitoring and controlling of procurement, logistics and commercial discrepancies
* Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure compliance to our business terms and cost targets
* Resolve and highlight product quality and delivery related issues
* Assist inventory, warehouse and logistics activities
* Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
* Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Navision System
* Quick in problem solving
* Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
