General - Maternity Cover only {5 months}
a. Work with multiple groups of business, technical stakeholders and vendors to act as the principal touch point between these groups.
b. Understand current business processes and elicit business, system requirement and improvement needed to optimize business rules, workflow processes and batch jobs to ensure nimble and flexible system.
c. Conduct analysis by reviewing source code and technical specifications with consideration of tech stack and design principles.
d. Be the liaison between vendors and business to support testing of build system, validate acceptance tests, manages formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including tracking of defect rates.
Specific
a. Manage service requests for assigned modules (i.e. requirements, functional design review, UAT and implementation).
b. Manage defects for the assigned modules (i.e. tracking defects, review fixes with users and ensure closure).
c. Manage interfaces with other system for the assigned modules (i.e. requirements, design review, UAT and implementation).
d. Process various ad-hoc service requests raised and ensure no non-compliance and security issues before routing for approval.
e. Assess various security/maintenance alerts received and engage the various support teams (Vendor, ACISO, CDN Provider) to ensure the alert is closed timely.
f. Fulfil request for network whitelisting, delisting and troubleshooting connectivity issues with schools/systems. Ensure that the central FW rules document is up to date.
g. Assist in the preparation and ensure system readiness for exam operations.
h. Support exam operations and make sure the exam running smoothly end to end i.e. verify checklist before exams, track the infra utilization during exams, track issues and work with vendors/users on the issues raised during exams, identify the solution and apply fixes as well as closely follow up on the issues to make sure proper fixes applied after the exams.
