Roles and Responsibilities
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures; and maintain proper dates, labels and rotations of products.
• Work with supervisors to develop marketing plans for clients.
• Monitor equipment operation.
• Check employee work according to daily and weekly schedules.
• Listen to customer complaints and suggestions and resolve complaints.
• Implement suggestions within the scope of the position and report to manager in a timely manner.
• Maintain and manage production expenses, administrative costs, inventory and staffing within budget.
• Assist employees in completing production manufacturing.
• Supervise team to ensure cleanliness of production and service areas.
