Job Responsibilities:


Distribution:

  • Execute daily Replenishment & Allocation processes from warehouse to stores for all countries
  • including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Guam, India, Australia, and New Zealand using SAP.
  • Continuously monitor Store Capacity versus Stock on hand by gathering data from stores and
  • updating capacity information for all SAP stores.
  • Regularly review Target stock levels versus On Hand stock for all SKUs and stores to ensure Target stock Levels align with current sales performance.
  • Develop allocation strategies to optimize inventory in stores by adjusting weeks of coverage and
  • SKU depth based on store events, renovations, and changes.
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels for new store openings, renovations, pop-up stores, etc. to prevent stockouts and maintain adequate coverage for top-selling items.

Management & Allocation of Client Requests:

  • Provide top clients with exceptional service by promptly sourcing and allocating the right products.
  • Update the Client Request file after each allocation to inform stores of request status and estimated time of arrival.
  • Occasionally perform manual allocations to fulfill urgent client requests received from stores.

Provide Inventory Visibility to Retail, Merchandising & VM Team:

  • Assist the Merchandising team in maintaining a well-balanced assortment by identifying underperforming styles and recommending adjustments to optimize inventory.
  • Conduct store visits to gather feedback on stock levels and assess potential adjustments to Target Stock Levels.
  • Offer stock visibility to stores by providing recommendations on product placement, highlighting high and low stock situations, suggesting alternatives for stock shortages, and informing about upcoming deliveries.
  • Regularly share assortment information with stores, including details on items to carry forward into the next season and which styles to keep as display pieces.

Consolidation / Rebalancing of Stock:

  • Consolidate stock between stores to optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Gather feedback at the line and department levels regarding sales performance and provide data to the demand and planning team, including buyers' feedback on the sales forecast.
  • Develop and maintain a seasonal calendar for the teams outlining Special Events, store openings, sales trends, and holiday sales peaks.


  • Adhoc Activities:
  • Collaborate with the VM & Merchandising team on special events such as Openings, Refurbishments, and Special launches to ensure appropriate inventory levels in stores.
  • Lead strategic projects to address country-specific issues, such as Singapore overstock and Australia warehouse transition.
  • Execute special projects aimed at enhancing communication between Retail and Merchandising.
    Prepare presentations and conduct analysis for Senior Management.



  • Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Project Management, Management, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, merchandising planning, or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups).
  • Strong relational skills to thrive in an international environment and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Team player with experience in a highly cross-functional organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and a sense of urgency.
  • Initiative and curiosity to grow and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Location : Somerset

Duration : Mid June to End October 2024

Salary : S$5,000.00
