Assist superior in the Human Resource and Development functions
1 Training Administration
· Raise training request, collate, and prepare training nomination form for participants
· Monitor and collate results for Training Evaluation
· Monitor and collate results for Post Training Evaluation
· Analyse feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
· Work with inter-department(s) on non-curriculum training
· Work with curriculum department on curriculum training
· Maintain records of training activities and participants' progress
2 CPD Hours
· Monitor and ensure teachers fulfil minimum CPD hours requirement
3 ONE@ECDA
· Coordination of ONE@ECDA system between HQ & Centres
· Update and approval of ONE@ECDA Training Courses
· Updates of External/Internal Trainings on ONE@ECDA for HQ & Centres’ Staff
4 Reporting / Audit
· Audit training records when requested
5 Filling
· Organise and maintain documentation for all training courses
· Retrieve files as requested by employees or management
· Retrieve documents and ensure they are stored correctly
· Perform routine checks to ensure that files are complete and up to date
6 Others
· Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor.
