Basic Job Purpose
- Ensure the safe and smooth operation of the SMR plant, CNG refilling and cylinder maintenance (CYM) operation
- Ensure adherence to all Occupational Safety & Health policies and Fire Safety rules and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and ensure timely and accurate production reports, scheduling, and planning.
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, working practices, or conditions
- Recommend upgrades and manage changes (MOC) to ensure a safe working environment
- Analyze and ensure final products of SMR and CNG meet specifications.
- Participate in departmental and section internal projects such as work area and piping upgrades, setting up new equipment, and repair and maintenance works
- Educate and train section staff on production and plant operation scopes
- Perform ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
