JOB DESCRIPTION
An established investment company within property industry is looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for periodical closing and reporting, prepare annual statutory financial statements for several entities, daily transaction posting and compliance checking, maintaining documents relevancy, and perform bank reconciliations.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced work environment with a great cohesive team for the established organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with property/REIT industry is an advantage
- Having experience with SAP/JDE/Hyperion is good to have
