Job Description:
Oversee Breakfast Operations:
Manage daily breakfast service operations.
Ensure all breakfast items are prepared and presented according to company standards.
Monitor food quality and presentation.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor towards guests.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and manage budgets for the breakfast department.
Maintain records and reports related to breakfast operations.
Collaborate with other department managers for overall service quality.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality degree preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a breakfast or brunch setting.
Proven track record of managing a team.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work shift starts at 6 am every morning.
