As a non-tech sales person, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and contacting potential clients and generating leads
- Contacting identified potential clients and building relationship
- Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to clients and explaining their benefits and features
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients
- Providing after-sales support and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Working with technical teams and other sales professionals to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry
To be a successful non-tech sales person, you need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, marketing, business, engineering, or a related field discipline
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to provide solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations
- Ability to work with technical teams and other sales professionals
- Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
