Responsibilities
We are looking for senior data scientist who can bring their talents to lead DQ Lab’s efforts in the evaluation and accreditation of digital literacy and digital skills programs. This position will perform various data science-related tasks such as data analysis, modeling, and data pipeline construction and management, and will conduct and lead data-based projects in cooperation with international partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Derive insights through data modeling and predictive analysis
- Design and build data pipelines
- Manage data quality and optimize data architecture
- Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models
- Bayesian statistical theory and Bayesian network knowledge
- Create data visualizations and reports
- Validate data and algorithms using statistical methods
- Collaborate with various teams (development, research, business) to find ways to leverage data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist/Data Engineer
- Proficient in data analysis and processing languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Experience in database management and building data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to create visualizations and reports, and deliver clear presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Basic understanding and experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with MLOps and data governance
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Project management experience and leadership skills
