Job Description
- Able to maintain and manage a full-set of accounts.
- In-charge of project accounting.
- Communicate with project team on accouting matters.
- Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting to the Management.
- Assist in the areas of statutory audits, corporate tax and GST.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting.
- Able to work independently and good with time management.
- Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Able to communicate with personnel from all levels, including Management.
- Experience in the Construction industry is advantageous.
- Experience with Xero software will be advantageous.
Candidates with more experience will qualify for the Senior position.
