Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire event planning process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.
- Decipher client briefs and translate them into comprehensive event proposals and budgets.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other external parties to ensure smooth event operations.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects meet the planned standards.
- Troubleshoot and manage any issues that arise during events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure all elements of the event are cohesive and aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to articulate event concepts and plans effectively.
- Consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning and management, showcasing your ability to handle events from start to finish.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to various roles as needed.
- Strong sense of ownership and a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.
