- support the Service & Application Cluster across several technical domains
- 3nsure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
- contribute expertise to help us be a data driven organization
- define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- maintain a knowledge database
Your team
You'll be working in the Application Support & Reliability [ASR] Wealth Management [WM] APAC Technology Team in Singapore. We're responsible for application support, release and environment management services across the firm. ASR WM Technology delivers application support to the Wealth Management APAC business and clients. The ASR is where operational stability and more importantly, availability are paramount to the success of the organization in the digital age
Your expertise
- 5 years with Banking or Financial Institution working for a Level 2/Run The Bank IT support team
- domain knowledge of Banking Products especially on Payments Processing, Securities Custody, Securities & Settlements Processing and SWIFT Messaging
- strong knowledge in Mainframe Technologies like MVS, CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS-DB, DB2 & MQ
- exposure on Open system technologies UNIX, Shell Scripting, JAVA, Middleware technologies, Oracle experience
- experience with automation tools like Splunk, Automation Anywhere, IP-Soft
- complete understanding of the ITIL Service Framework (Incident, Problem, Release and Event Management)
- proficient with software tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, App Dynamics, Splunk
