Responsibilities
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Follow up on submission status and documentations on projects
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
- Managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers
- Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior and/ or HOD.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Civil Engineering / Structural experience in related fields
- A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels
