Executive Inventory

Muji (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Inventory Receiving Flow
  • Responsible for the documentation of MUJI Singapore Shipment. Include Invoices, Purchase Order, BL, Packing list and any other shipping documents
  • Inter Store Transfer (IST) Flow Administrator
  • Manage Inventory Stock take Flow and Schedule
  • To give training to Store and Warehouse on Stocktake Flow & Process
  • To uphold and maintain Inventory System Accuracy within assigned accessibility
  • Monitoring of posting of Purchase Orders for Stores promptly – TC Shipment
  • Liaise closely with outsource warehouse, freight companies, RKJ on Shipment details
  • Ensure completion and filing of Shipment Invoices, Purchase Orders and Receive Confirmation Note
  • Monitor of Inter Store Transfer documents specially Outstanding ASN and discrepancy for Transfer verification purposes.
  • Investigate & Report in details for any Inventory Inaccuracy
  • Monthly submission of CIF prices of 3 Jan codes to Singapore Department of Statistics
  • Checking of Shipping Charges, Delivery Charges to Store and Home Delivery Charges.
  • Download shipping docs from Merchandising System
  • Attend weekly meetings of Logistics as well as preparation of minutes.
  • To ensure the inventory control system is promptly updated for Inventory movement
  • Ensure timely update of data to System, include monitoring of documents from Outsource Warehouse, IST from Store Operation, Purchase Orders from Merchandising Dept
  • Notify Store Operation to complete outstanding tasks on IST and receiving of Purchasing Orders
  • Check Purchasing Orders against Shipment documents
  • To station in Warehouse on certain days to ascertain the Warehouse Inventory Workflow
  • Review Warehouse workflow periodically and suggest for improvement
  • To assist Accounts for Inventory Movement tracking upon request, such as Stock take period/ Audit period
  • To prepare quantity adjustment as advised by Store or Accounts
  • To assist IT dept for comparison of Inventory movement on verification for System Accuracy.
  • Logistics issue – to liaise with Warehouse/ Logistic Company and or any appointed Logistic Partner
  • Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by Reporting Manager


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics or any other related.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the retail industry
  • Strong Computer software is preferred.
  • Good analytical with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Good team player, able to work under pressure, tight deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Experience in Warehouse Migration
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Japanese Speaker will be add advantaged
